Unify Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering personalised, evidence-based support to people living with disability across Australia. Our work is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves to live with dignity, choice, and opportunity.

Founded by clinicians, Unify began as a small, specialist service and quickly grew in response to the growing need for high-quality, person-centered care. We now support participants across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland with a broad range of services tailored to each person’s goals and needs.

Our Services

Unify offers a comprehensive suite of NDIS supports, including:

 

• Allied Health Services

Psychology, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, and specialist behavior support delivered by experienced clinicians. All services are trauma-informed and based on positive behavior support principles.

• Behavior Support

Development and implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), including the management of regulated restrictive practices in line with NDIS Commission requirements.

​

• High Intensity Supports

We provide safe, high-quality care for complex clinical tasks such as bowel care, enteral feeding, medication management, and tracheostomy support. Our support workers and clinicians are highly trained in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards.

• In-Home and Community Access Support

Assistance with personal care, domestic activities, and community participation, delivered in a way that promotes independence and connection.

​

• Support Coordination

Helping participants navigate the NDIS, access services, and build their capacity to manage their own supports.

​

• Workforce Development and Training

Through our internal Learning Management System (LMS), structured onboarding, and regular supervision, we invest heavily in training and supporting our team to deliver consistently high-quality care.
